Concept
This project reimagines the retail strip as an urban lifestyle promenade a destination rather than a path. The architecture is composed of stacked horizontal volumes, designed to create intimacy at the human scale while expressing elegance through rhythm and materiality. Defined by transparency and openness, the concept merges shopping, dining, and social interaction into a continuous spatial experience that activates day and night life alike.
Landscape and Water Axis
A linear water feature anchors the central spine of the site, guiding pedestrian flow and organizing the landscape geometry. The fountains and reflective pools introduce sound, motion, and visual depth, softening the hardscape and creating a multisensory environment. The planting strategy focuses on low-profile greenery and ornamental trees, ensuring unobstructed views while adding shade and seasonal richness. Architecture and landscape are treated as one continuous gesture immersive, rhythmic, and walkable.

Retail and Hospitality Blend
This strip mall is not solely commercial it is designed for comfort, leisure, and engagement. Ground-floor units accommodate high-end retail and culinary concepts, while the upper floors offer terraces, lounges, and boutique offices. Generous outdoor seating, shaded arcades, and water elements encourage visitors to linger. The seamless programmatic blend fosters social activation and positions the space as a community hub rather than a transactional corridor.
Nocturnal Ambience
Lighting plays a central role in the architectural identity of the project. Linear LEDs trace the geometry of the overhangs and volumes, transforming the entire complex into a glowing sculpture at dusk. Warm interior lighting spills onto the promenade, while integrated landscape and water feature lighting create an immersive, calming night environment. The project thrives in the evening elevating the strip mall typology into a vibrant urban atmosphere.
